Where you will be based can vary depending on the client whom you will be working for. Some employees are based in towns close to the farm and are required to travel to and from the farm daily, and some farms do supply accommodation on-site. The main towns closest to our farms include: Goondiwindi, Talwood, Boomi and Mungindi, but we do occasionally service some other smaller towns in the area. Accommodation facilities do factor into where you would be based.
The main source of transportation to work is via motor vehicle, whether it be via car, ute, campervan etc. If you do not have a car, in some cases it is possible for you to commute to work with others, although it is preferred if each person/group has their own vehicle as it makes things much easier.
Where you will buy your daily needs does depend on where you are working and based but can all be sourced and purchased in Goondiwindi.
